Due to the handmade nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are limited.

If a cancellation is requested well in advance, we will do our best to accommodate it. However, once baking or preparation has started, refunds may not be possible.

If there is an issue with your order related to quality, we will review the situation and work to find a fair solution.
